Application Requirements / Procedure
- Applicant must be at least 16 & 1/2 years old
- Have a State I.D. or License
- Have a High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Return Medical Form (provided by school)
- Return Notarized State Application (provided by school)
- Complete School Application and Interview
- Agree on Starting Date
- Sign an Enrollment Agreement
