History of Leonard’s Barber College
Leonard’s Barber College was founded by Leonard Hall in January, 1990. After owning and operating Leonard’s Barber-Styling Salon for 8 years, Mr.Hall felt there was a need for a barber college in the city of St. Louis. Currently, it is the only place to go to become a licensed barber within the city limits of St. Louis, Missouri.
At Leonard’s Barber College, we aim to train our students to become the top barbers in St. Louis. LBC is the place to be, whether you’re looking to start a new career or expand your current skill set and take your profession to the next level. We go beyond teaching the basics and like to dive deep into the science of the craft. At LBC, we’ll help you learn more, achieve more, and develop an advanced skill set. The mission of this program is to train students to not only master the art of barbering, but to also build good relationships with clients. We infuse in students the importance of customer service so that they will enter the job market as professional barbers.
